OTTUMWA - Kevin Fortes scored four goals as NIACC cruised to a 4-1 win over Indian Hills on Wednesday.

Fortes, a freshman from Brockton, Mass., scored two goals in each half.

COUNCIL BLUFFS - NIACC was unable to get anything going on offense Tuesday as it fell 2-0 to No. 4 Iowa Western.

MASON CITY - The NIACC men's soccer team couldn't hang on against No. 16 Iowa Central in ICCAC action on Saturday.

The Trojans led the Tritons 1-0 with the clock under 10 minutes in the second half but tired legs caused by injuries eventually led to the tying goal and game-winning goal as Iowa Central picked up a 2-1 overtime victory.

MARSHALLTOWN - Marshalltown edged NIACC 4-3 in ICCAC action on Wednesday.

NIACC scored in the seventh minute on a goal from Kevin Fortes before Marshalltown took a 3-1 halftime lead on goals from Agustin Ortiz, Celes Vilar and Omar Ramos.

MASON CITY - The NIACC men's soccer team tied Iowa Lakes 3-3 in double overtime at its homecoming contest Saturday at the NIACC pitch.

NIACC tied the contest at 3-3 with a unassisted goal from freshman Oblayon Neymah with 14.6 seconds remaining in regulation.
