NIACC baseball team tops Crowder College 5-3 in 10

NEOSHO, Mo. - The No. 12 NIACC baseball team topped Crowder College 5-3 in 10 innings on Friday in the first game of its spring break trip.

NIACC (6-4) scored three runs in the seventh inning and pushed across its final two runs in the 10th inning.

NIACC starter Ryan Huntington struck out six and allowed one earned run in 4 2/3 innings of work.

The NIACC bullpen of Brandon Williamson, Christian Vogler and Chase Stewart combined for eight strikeouts and didn't allow a run in 5 1/3 innings of work.

The Trojan offense was led by Matt Schwarz, with three RBIs. Brandon Michie and Aaron Kubal both collected two hits.
