NIACC men stop Wartburg JV, 109-77

WAVERLY - Sophomore Kyle Lang scored 16 points to lead the NIACC men's basketball team to a 109-77 victory over the Wartburg College junior varsity Monday night for its fourth straight win.

Lang was 6 of 8 from the field, including a 4 of 5 performance from 3-point range, to net his best scoring game in a Trojan uniform. Lang's previous highest scoring output this season was nine at Iowa Western on Nov. 6.

NIACC (5-2) also received 15 points from Deundra Roberson, 13 from Orrington Hamilton, 12 from Josh Walker and 11 from Trey Sampson. The 15 points from Roberson matched his career high and the 11 from Sampson was his career best.
