Bio
Coltin Hahle enters his seventh season as head coach of the NIACC men’s and women’s track and field programs in 2026. 
Hahle took over both programs in 2020 and has since coached a combined 15 All-Americans and 77 national qualifiers.
Under his leadership, the NIACC men have earned top NJCAA national team finishes of 16th indoors (2021) and 23rd outdoors (2024). The women’s program has posted national team finishes of 21st indoors (2021) and 26th outdoors (2019).
Before becoming head coach, Hahle served as an assistant coach for the Trojans for four seasons along with being an assistant track and football coach for 3 years at Mason City High School.
A Mason City High School graduate, Hahle earned his bachelor’s degree in Fitness Management from Wartburg College in 2013. In September 2024, he completed his master’s degree in Sports Management (MSSM) from Baker University.
During his collegiate career at Wartburg, Hahle was a standout thrower and a two-year starter in football. He earned All-American honors in the shot put (2013), along with All-Conference accolades in the shot put (2011–13), discus (2011, 2013), and weight throw (2013).
He resides in Waverly with his wife, Elizabeth, and their two children, Ilias and Ilsie.
