NIACC men top Saint Mary's JV, 75-61
ROSEMOUNT, Minn. - The NIACC men's basketball team plays at Dakota County Technical College (11-6) Wednesday before opening up ICCAC play Saturday at home against Iowa Central.
Game time tonight is set for 7 p.m.
NIACC (10-4) topped the Saint Mary's University-Winona junior varsity 75-61 on Monday. Sophomore Boy Van Vliet led the Trojans with 24 points, nine assists and six rebounds.
NIACC dropped two contests to DCTC in the 2014-15 season. DCTC won 85-73 and 64-58.
NIACC notes: Van Vliet has 428 points, 51 3-point goals, 136 rebounds, 135 assists and 72 steals ... Trei Mitchell has 178 points, 108 assists, 94 rebounds and 62 steals ... Angus Fischer has 153 points and 119 rebounds.
