NIACC men hosts Saint Mary's JV tonight

MASON CITY - The NIACC men's basketball team returns to action at home tonight against the Saint Mary's-Winona junior varsity.

Tip off is set for 7:30 p.m.

NIACC (9-4 overall) was last in action on Dec. 11 when the Trojans stopped the Association Free Lutheran Bible School 95-62.

Boy Van Vliet and Luke Mascall-Wright both average 14.5 points per game to lead NIACC.

Climbing the charts: Van Vliet has 126 career assissts, which is tied for 37th on NIACC's career list ... Trei Mitchell has 102 career assists, which ranks 45th on the school's all-time list.

Career numbers: Van Vliet has 404 points, 47 3-point goals, 130 rebounds and 71 steals ... Mitchell has 164 points, 88 rebounds and 58 steals ... Angus Fischer has 151 points and 110 rebounds.
