RCTC stops NIACC men, 89-72
MASON CITY - The NIACC men's basketball team dropped a 89-72 decision to RCTC in nonconference basketball action Wednesday night in the NIACC gym.
RCTC (2-0 overall) was led by Demetrius Cady with 30 points.
NIACC (3-2 overall) was led by sophomore Trei Mitchell with 18 points. Freshman Luke Mascall-Wright scored 16 points and sophomore transfer James Wanjara scored 14 points with six rebounds.
Notes: Boy Van Vliet has 283 career points, 107 career rebounds, 102 career assists and 55 career steals ... Mitchell has 64 career assists.
