Central Springs' Eastman, Hennigar sign to run track at NIACC
MASON CITY - Kalen Eastman and Daniel Hennigar of Central Springs both signed national letter of intents Wednesday to run track and field at NIACC.
NIACC coach Curtis Vais said Eastman and Henniger will both provide versatility to the Trojans' tracka and field program.
"Kalen can run anything from the 100 to the 800," Vais said. "Daniel is probably more of a 400 to 800 guy.
"I love 1/4 milers. There's so much they can do and help out on different relays. It's nice to keep two quality North Iowa kids in the area. They are both good kids."
