NIACC's Wako places 9th in 800
CEDAR FALLS - NIACC sophomore Abdiaziz Wako placed ninth in the 800-meter run on Friday at the University of Northern Iowa's Jack Jennett Open in the UNI-Dome.
Wako was ninth in a time of 2 minutes, 2.36 seconds.
Also for the Trojans, Kyle Younker was 10th in the 200 in a time of 23.24 and Timothi McMaster was 13th in the 200 (23.74).
The Trojans were fourth in the 4x400-meter relay in a time of 3:35.59 running Younker, Zach Lehmann, Kalen Eastman and Brendan Hoy.
