FORT DODGE - The NIACC men's basketball team cruised to a 70-44 victory over Iowa Central Wednesday night in an ICCAC contest.
NIACC (11-4 overall, 2-2 in the ICCAC) led 43-32 at the half and outscored the Tritons 27-12 in the second 20 minutes.
Freshman Myles Tucker led four NIACC players in double figures with 16 points. Sophomore Jeffrey Skogen was next in line with 12 points.
NIACC's Jacques Kelly scored 11 points and Devon'dre Mayfield scored 10 points.
Iowa Central (9-8, 1-3) was led by Josh Baker with 14 points. Kevin Taylor scored 10 points for the Tritons.
NIACC returns to action Jan. 12 in an ICCAC contest at No. 16 Iowa Lakes (10-4, 2-1) . Game time in Estherville is set for 7:30 p.m.
