NIACC women's soccer team signs twins from Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS - The NIACC women's soccer team signed a pair of players recently.

Signing with the Lady Trojans were twins Lena and Olga Oliver from Edison High School.

Lena Oliver is a forward and Olga is a midfielder.

NIACC will begin playing women's soccer in the fall of 2017.

NIACC played women's soccer from 2001-04.

Currently, there are 143 NJCAA women's Division I soccer teams, including seven in the ICCAC. Hawkeye CC, Indian Hills, Iowa Central, Iowa Lakes, Iowa Western, Northeast CC and Scott CC are the seven schools in the conference that field women's soccer teams.
