NIACC in fifth place after Day 1 at regional preview meet
PANORA - The NIACC men's golf team shot 322 as a team Sunday, which has it in fifth place after Day 1 of the Fall Region XI Preview tournament at Lake Panorama Golf Club.
Sam Steinwand paced the Trojans with a round of 76 and Zach Nicholson shot 79.
Kirkwood was the Day 1 leader with team total of 292.
The second round of the regional preview tournament begins at 10 a.m. Monday.
