MASON CITY - The NIACC men's soccer team dropped a 1-0 decision to Marshalltown CC Wednesday afternoon on the NIACC campus.
The match was tied 0-0 at the half and the Tigers scored the lone goal of the contest in the 73rd minute on a goal from freshman midfielder Ran Inosake. Marshalltown CC improved to 4-8-1 overall and 2-5 in the ICCAC).
NIACC (6-4-4 overall, 1-3-3 in the ICCAC) returns to action Saturday at Northeast CC (12-2-1, 5-1-1) on Saturday. Match time in Norfolk, Neb. is slated for 3:30 p.m.
