No. 14 Trojans fall to No. 2 Warriors
CENTERVILLE - The No. 14 NIACC women's wrestling team dropped a 45-10 decision to No. 2 Indian Hills Wednesday night in an ICCAC dual.
Indian Hills (2-0) won four of the five contested matches against the Trojans (1-2).
NIACC's fifth-ranked Geraldine Honore (6-2) won by forfeit at 145 pounds.
The Trojans' 10th ranked Kenzi Jackson pinned Indian Hills' Sha'Niayha Wysinger in 3 minutes, 44 seconds. Jackson improved her record to 5-1 with two falls.
NIACC returns to action Jan. 3 at home in the Battle For the Helmet tournament in the NIACC recreation center.
