NIACC baseball team improves to 3-0
HIGHLAND, Kan. — NIACC picked up where it left off Friday with a pair of wins over Highland Community College and Cloud County Community College Saturday.
The Trojans' offense shined through again in an 18-5 win to start the day. Connor Enochs blasted a grand slam and Robbie Glendinning smashed a pair of homers as NIACC finished the game with six home runs. Austin LaDoux, Troy Bullingham and Brandon Michie each had one.
Derek Lieurance picked up the win on the mound, allowing one run while striking out nine in five innings.
NIACC ended the day with a 6-0 win over Cloud County. Tony Grabowske pitched five innings of one-hit ball for the Trojans and struck out eight.
